 Verified A first class travel service.
We used Alex and his team to transfer us from Montego Bay Airport to our hotel in Negril. We were greeted as soon as we exited the airport. A staff member escorted us to an immaculate taxi where Shane our driver loaded our bags and gave us a cold Red Stripe. Although the traffic was heavy Shane got us to our destination in 90 minutes with his safe and careful driving. Our bags were unloaded at the hotel and we were checked in before the coach transfer had even left the airport. We really enjoyed using this service and it was excellent value for money. We decided to take a private transfer to and from the airport and went with Husband and Wife Team, Alex and Leslie Bowen from Sun Vibes tours and tranfers based on reviews - they were amazing! Super easy to book (just drop them a message!), Leslie was ready and waiting for us at the airport and we arrived at the hotel 2hours before the tui coach! We then decided to book some tours, we decided on Barney's Hummingbirds and Gardens which Leslie took us to and told us more about Jamaica, the history behind buildings and areas and good spots to get traditional food as we drove through local villages and towns. After a successful Hummingbird tour we also booked them to go to YS Falls and on the Black River Safari, which were both incredible. Alex arranged all our tours including transport and entry fees, we had our own private minibus, jumped the queues and even stopped for delicious Patties! Alex kindly also looked after our bags whilst we were experiencing the tours which was definitely above and beyond anything we've experienced previously with Tui! We would 100% recommend Sun Vibes Tours for airport transfers and tours, couldn't fault them and we'll definitely use them again when we return to Negril in future!  Verified Excellent airport/resort transfer
We have used Sun Vibes for our airport to resort transportation in 2020, 2022 and 2023. We did not come to Jamaica in 2021. We have had excellent service and communication with Sun Vibes. When we get off the airplane and through the airport, they are waiting patiently for us. It could take us a short time to get through or a really long time to get through, but they are always waiting for us with a sign and a smile. Their vehicles are clean and comfortably cooling along with a cold red Stripe. In 2022 our flight was delayed by over an hour leaving Minneapolis. We contacted them and they waited for us to arrive. In 2023, we arrived an hour early and I contacted them and they were there waiting for us. When they say they will pick you up to return you to the airport, they are punctual (and even a little early), again with a smile and a comfortably cooled clean vehicle. This year in 2023, Leslie blessed us with her driving skills and smile. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our check in and flight. There are quite a few groups that travel to Jamaica around the same time from our area and we have spread the word how impressed we are and now most of them are also using Sun Vibes. I even told a lady that was boarding our flight that had stayed at our resort how happy we were with the service and she wrote down the name of Sun Vibes for their vacation next year. We booked a trip to montego bay with Alex prior ro our arrival. He always answered my messages before we arrived and turned up very punctual on the day. He is extremely reliable and i would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. The car was very clean and tidy and lovely and cool. He bought us a local Patti each and stopped wherever we requested.. give us some local information about all parts of jamaica . Took some pictures of us together and even stopped off at a roadside so we could try some sugar cane sticks. All in all a truly polite lovely guy and defo 5*.Many thanks.

Alex with Sun vibes Tours is awesome! Our family of 4 used him 3 times in Jamaica. He was safe and reliable every time. He picked us up from the airport and had a Red Stripe waiting. He booked a full day of tours for us and stayed with us all day even escorted my son to an ATM as an extra stop. We will use him again and highly recommend him.  Verified Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommended
We had an amazing time in Negril, Jamaica aided by Alex Bowen at Sun Vibes. After relaxing for a few days we wanted to get out and about to explore the country. Alex was recommended to us prior to our visit and we made contact before we flew out. Airport transfers can be booked which we will always organise going forward as the journey to Negril from the airport is roughly an hour and a half, so why not start your holiday in comfort. We booked to go to Ricks Cafe, Bob Marley’s House at Nine Mile, Blue Hole, YS Falls, Pelican Bar and Appleton Rum Factory. Alex organised all of these for us and his local knowledge was fantastic. He looked after us when slightly under the weather and introduced us to Jamaican Patties. If you are looking to enhance your break I would highly recommend booking Alex at Sun Vibes as he really made our holiday extra special and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back again to do the things we didn’t have time to fit in on this trip and will ensure we book Alex again!

Alex with Sun Vibes is a very kind a professional guide.. He makes sure to tell you about the history and culture as he drives. He is also a safe and patient driver. We did two trips with him Blue hole then YS Falls with a stop at the Pelican bar. The YS falls were amazing. Alex even arranged a guide/photographer for the falls which I think is necessary. After the falls he called ahead of time and ordered our lobster and fish lunch for the Pelican bar. if I am in Jamaica again I will be calling him up to go to new places.
